Returns from Slate-Lite

Information on the return of goods

Return period
Items can generally be returned within one month of delivery, unless longer statutory periods apply. Products with an expiry date - such as adhesives - cannot be returned.

Processing fees for returns
When returning ordered goods without material defects, a processing fee of 15% of the sales value, but at least $ 35, will be charged. The maximum processing fee is 176 $ (only for business customers).

The shipping costs of the original delivery will not be refunded.

Condition of the returned goods
The goods must be in their original undamaged condition - i.e. as they left our warehouse. This will be checked during the incoming goods inspection.
