Our productline Translucent . like all stone veneers from Slate-Lite, has a 100% natural stone surface with low weight and a total thickness of just around 1.5mm. What is special about Translucent: The transparent backing material used on the backing of the stone sheet.
This translucent backing creates unique light effects with a light source behind the stone sheet, allowing for extraordinary backlit objects to be created.
Depending on the type of light used, different effects can be achieved: You can use cold, warm or even colored light to design your individual lighting objecy made of stone.

The slate decors from Slate-Lite impress with a rather smooth surface with different and constantly changing patterns and structures.
Arcobaleno Colore is a dark decor with structures in red and brown tones. Large formats may also contain greenish shades.
You can also use our optional photo matching service: Thanks to photo matching, you receive pictures of the currently available batches of material after your order and can therefore choose your personal favorite before delivery!
Thus, despite the 100% natural stone surface with its unique and changing structures of every sheet, you have full control over the look of the stone veneers you receive.

Important notice:
Slate-Lite is made of layered rock. Color differences in the individual plates and quartz veins that run through the stone, natural cracks or slight chipping may occur.
This is not a complaint reason, but is a feature of the natural stone surface!

When used outdoors, we recommend the Slate-Lite Special Impregnator, the Slate-Lite Special Protection or no protective impregnation.In the kitchen as a backsplash, we recommend the Slate-Lite Extreme Protecion.
