D.BLACK Bookmatching is a dark stone veneer set with a gray-black base color and striking linear structures. The clean, diagonal pattern runs across the surface, creating a modern, graphic effect with elegant contrasts.
As a bookmatching set, the characteristic line flow of D.BLACK is particularly well highlighted. The structures are aligned across multiple panels, forming a large-scale, mirrored natural stone surface.
The result is a truly unique piece with a 100% natural stone surface – dark, refined, and design-driven. Ideal for those seeking an expressive natural stone surface with a calm linear pattern and a high-end overall appearance.
A bookmatching set consists of several stone veneers that are extracted from the same stone block or stone layer and opened up in a mirrored arrangement – like the pages of a book. This means that colours, veins and natural structures are not placed next to each other at random, but come together to create a deliberately coordinated overall look.
What makes this special: the individual sheets work together like one large natural stone image. Depending on the stone, this can create either a calm, symmetrical grain pattern or a very expressive mirror effect.
As these are real natural stone surfaces, every set is unique – with natural colour gradients, inclusions and structures that occur exactly like this only once.
Our SLATE-LITE product line is suitable for almost all areas of application: whether indoors or outdoors, as wall cladding, in showers & bathrooms, or as a kitchen splashback – your dream natural stone project can become reality quickly and easily!

Slate-Lite is made from layered stone. Colour variations in the individual sheets, as well as quartz veins running through the stone, natural cracks or slight chipping may occur.
This is not a defect, but rather a characteristic of the real natural stone surface and makes every Slate-Lite stone sheet absolutely unique!
Multicolour slates usually have a slightly softer stone surface and impress with their rich colours as well as constantly changing patterns and structures.
Mica slates usually have a somewhat rougher surface with homogeneous patterns. A special eye-catcher is the shimmering effect created by the natural quartzite content in the stone.
Limestones impress with a rather smoother surface and relatively homogeneous patterns and structures.
Sandstones are characterised by a slightly rough, somewhat grainy surface, including slight height differences and, in some areas, smaller elevations with a greater overall thickness.
Marbles have a split-rough surface with strong veining and elevations in the surface. Constantly changing patterns and partial structures with a greater overall thickness create an exciting overall look.
D. Black is a Glimmerschiefer.
